We are excited to announce that we are simplifying the names of our various business entities and funds, emphasizing the Ramius brand in a way that we hope will be helpful to our clients and consulting relationships. Therefore, the Firm name will change from Ramius Capital Group, LLC to Ramius LLC. Our fund of funds business, formerly Ramius HVB Partners LLC, will change to Ramius Fund of Funds Group LLC. Please note that in respect to the latter business, HVB will continue to own 50% of Ramius Fund of Funds Group LLC on a going forward basis. We will be providing further details on other name changes in the very near future.
